Volg onze socials en abonneer je op onze nieuwsbrieven. Hier maken wij bekend wanneer het boekingssysteem open zal gaan. Dit is meestal rond eind november. In 2024 voor 2025 is dit 25 november.

Make sure to book all spots in a single reservation. Only then can we guarantee that you will be placed next to each other. Please note: separate reservations cannot be placed next to each other upon request. It is not possible to communicate this via the comments field or email. So, before making a reservation, coordinate with your group to decide who will handle the booking, ensuring we receive your group booking as one reservation. Different types of camping spots cannot be combined.

No, it is not possible to request a specific spot number or preference in advance, and this also cannot be communicated via email. Spot numbers are assigned and provided upon arrival. If you mention a preference during check-in, such as a location near the sanitary facilities, we will do our best to accommodate it on-site. The campsite is designed so that walking distances to the facilities and parking areas are roughly the same for everyone, no matter where your spot is located.

The campsite is only 20 minutes by bike from the start and finish location of the Four Days Marches (6.5 km). You can reach the Wedren within twenty minutes by bike via the “Snelbinder”.

Before May 1 you can make changes or cancel your reservation. You will receive your purchase amount back excluding the previously paid handelingsfee. After May 1 it is no longer possible to cancel (part of) your reservation free of charge. It is always possible to add extra persons, visitors or extra parking tickets.

Please send an email to info@vierdaagsecamping.nl if you would like to cancel your reservation. 

To secure a spot, you must book and pay for your ticket immediately. Once the payment is completed, the booking is final. We understand that paying upfront can be a challenge, but experience shows that we only approach full capacity a few months later. This gives you plenty of time to gather the funds and make your booking. Additional people and/or parking passes (subject to availability) can still be added separately through our ticket shop after payment.

If you’ve reserved a spot and friends and/or family want to support you for a day, it’s possible to book a single overnight stay for visitors. A single overnight stay is intended for one person per night. If someone wants to stay for two nights, or if two people want to stay for one night, you would book two single overnight stays for visitors. The guest can have their ticket scanned on the day of arrival. Already booked but expecting extra visitors? You can always book this later at the reception.

Sports massage therapists from the Dutch Association of Sports Massage (NGS) are available at the campsite. In addition, blister treatment specialists and first aid staff from Medical Support will also be on-site. Treatments are available in the afternoons and evenings on all walking days. For more details on specific dates, times, and prices, please check the facilities section.

No, you do not need to let us know. Our arrival dates are:

• Saturday 12 July 10:00-20:00 
• Sunday 13 July 9:00-20:00 
• Monday 14 July 9:00-13:00

Als je je tickets niet hebt ontvangen, zijn er een paar dingen die er aan de hand kunnen zijn:

1. Controleer je spambox; Mogelijk is de mail hierin terecht gekomen.
2. Contoleer de betaling: Een betaling die niet goed is verwerkt, kan betekenen dat de tickets niet zijn verstuurd.
3. Een typefout; Het kan zijn dat er een typefout zit in het ingevoerde e-mailadres, waardoor de tickets niet bij je terechtkomen.

In het laatste geval kun je contact opnemen met ons via info@vierdaagsecamping.nl. Wij kunnen je tickets dan opnieuw versturen naar het juiste e-mailadres.

Sure! At all times, pets may never cause a nuisance to other camping guests and dogs must be kept on a leash.

After placing your booking, you will receive an email including tickets. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam box. If the e-mail is not listed here, please contact us. If you have any medicine that needs to be kept cold, you can hand it over at the bar. Our staff will then put the medicines in the refrigerator.

In the restaurant you can use electric charging points for mobile devices such as telephones and tablets. Do you have a medical device? You can have this charged under supervision at the reception. All free of charge.

If you use a cooking tent as a group, there must be an approved fire extinguisher present. It is allowed to cook on gas stoves in the tent. However always be careful.

Barbecuing is permitted provided that a bucket of fire-fighting water, fire blanket or fire extinguisher is available next to the barbecue and other guests are not inconvenienced by the BBQ. 

Open flames, as well as the use of alcohol or petrol heaters, are not permitted. For the general safety of guests, fire extinguishers are available at various points on the campsite.

There are no cigarettes for sale on site. Smoking is not permitted in the sanitary cluster and the covered part of the restaurant.

There are several water refill stations at the sanitation facilities on the campsite. The tap water from these stations is drinkable.

Household waste can be disposed of at the waste collection point, located at the entrance of the campsite. Waste is separated into two categories: glass and general waste. General waste must be placed in well-sealed trash bags.

For smaller items of waste, there are bins placed around the campsite, which are emptied daily. Please do not dispose of full bags in these bins; instead, bring them to the waste collection point at the entrance. Ensure that you leave your campsite clean and tidy before departure.

On arrival or departure days you can use your car to unload/load or place/remove your caravan at your camping pitch. Please drive at walking pace on the site when placing your camping equipment. The maximum speed is 10 km/h. After the arrival days (Monday evening), the campsite is car-free. This means that you are not allowed to drive over the campsite. You are allowed to leave or enter the parking lot. If you want to park your car on our campsite you can buy a week parking ticket.

In all accommodations (except the Beatle) a power strip is included. Regular camping pitches all have a power connection. Small camping spots only have a power connection if you booked this. 

For all camping pitch with a power connection we advise you to bring a power cable of at least 25 meters with a Schuko plug. It is important that the power connections are well covered against water. Make sure you do not use more than 1350 watts. The electrical equipment must be suitable for camping use (so no electric heater). Please also check kitchen equipment and hairdryers since they are often not suitable for camping use and can cause short circuit. Tapping/splitting is not allowed.

No, the Vierdaagsecamping is a campsite only for people who the walkers of the marches, and we offer our guests a peaceful camping experience where noise is regulated after 10:00 PM. Therefore, partygoers are not welcome.

Children older than 4 years pay the standard rate. Children under 4 years old can join for free.

Nee, op de camping is het niet mogelijk om de auto op te laden. Er zijn in de omgeving wel meerdere laad punten te vinden.

Nee er is geen wasmachine of droger op de camping. Het is ook niet mogelijk om te wassen bij de omwonende. De dichtstbijzijnde plek om je was te doen is bij:

Nee, we bouwen de camping op een kaal weiland waar normaal geen faciliteiten zijn en helaas dus ook geen Wifi.
